Jig Grinding uses very precise machines for locating and generating highly accurate holes, contours, and surfaces to  tolerances of .0001" or less.
Jig grinders are similar to jig borers, but they use high-speed spindles and grinding wheels instead of boring tools.
Our grinder can work with material up to 12" in height, creating holes up to 3.500" deep, with hole diameters ranging from .250 - 3.250". True position can be maintained to .0005".
