New capabilities for large diameter bar stock.
Our newest grinder is on-line.  This twin-head centerless grinder is capable of grinding bars up to 6" diameter.
We were so impressed by the performance of this machine, we've nicknamed it the "Hogg'in-stock"
Capable of rapidly removing material from large bar stock and tube stock, this machine will soon become a vital resource to the Twin Cities area!

November 2007
Our Centerless grinding department recently acquired a Cincinnati 325-12 CNC machine that is capable of plunge (in-feed) grinding multiple diameters simultaneously.  This machine is on-line and producing excellent results!

October 2007

Our CNC Cylindrical grinding department has increased their capabilities and capacity with a Shigiya CNC ID and OD grinder.

Summer 2007

This summer we expanded our Centerless Grinding Department by adding 6,500 sq. feet to our manufacturing space. The first machine to be placed in the space will be a twin-head heavy-duty Centerless grinder with a total of 150 horsepower. This machine is capable of removing large amounts of material from large rollers or bar stock.
